We got to play with twenty five thousand (ish) LEGOs for work!

What do you get when you combine LEGO, methane data, and an interactive projection installation? One of the most impactful storytelling pieces we've ever built.

A year ago, Fair Worlds partnered with Environmental Defense Fund and MethaneSAT (alongside our sister agency, Civilization) to design the centerpiece of their booth at World Gas Conference: an interactive LEGO projection table that brought their satellite data platform to life.

Why LEGO? Because there's a universal love of it. It drew people in, sparked curiosity, and turned a complex environmental data story into a conversation anyone could join — across languages and audiences.

But the real magic was in the engineering. It was built modularly so the entire installation flat-packed into checked luggage — it flew to Beijing on a single plane ticket in six cases. An iPad-controlled app let our clients tailor the story live for every audience that approached.

This is the kind of interactive, design-forward work we love doing — and we're just getting started.

Want to bring your story to life like this? Let's talk.
